Function-Based Accountability Specialist
I am a Function-Based Accountability Specialist. My goal is to use information we gather about your routines, stressors, strengths, and patterns to help you become more productive, more grounded, and more informed about how your personal traits impact your overall well-being.
This is not traditional mental health therapy. While emotional and behavioral factors are part of the process, this model is designed to be practical, goal-driven, and focused on helping you move towards meaningful change.
What Makes This Different From Traditional Therapy?
This is a short-term intervention model. Clients typically begin with 4–6 focused sessions designed to identify patterns, clarify goals, and implement specific, achievable changes in daily life.
After the initial phase, you will set clear intentions for what you want to continue working on. You’ll track selected changes and return for periodic check-ins to review progress, adjust strategies, and maintain accountability. Often, new insights emerge once small changes are put into practice, and these follow-ups allow us to fine-tune the approach and recognize growth along the way.
Reach out if you are:
Motivated to make changes
Open to tracking small behavior or routine adjustments
Interested in understanding why certain patterns occur, not just what to do about them
